Subway — Restaurant in Kaipātiki

This subway is a rip off and scam - they recently had the buy one sub get one free foot long of equal or lesser value ! he first tried saying that deal wasn’t available when it clearly was on the app and for this store he then proceeded to charge me for an entire extra sub so I didn’t get my free footlong - I couldn’t be bothered arguing with him so paid full price for 2 - in in the process of taking this up with subway New Zealand as this is actually disgusting my first complaint I made went to the store and his email was full of excuses as to be expected so am taking matters further . Absolute con artists here...

would give it 0 stars if i could! went in and the staff were very rude, didn’t feel welcoming at all and then i asked for a wrap which they put maybe 5 bits of chicken on with way too much of the liquidy sauce, when i asked for more she added 1 piece, she then just dumped lettuce all over it, i couldn’t see anything else. my partner wanted his cheese toasted on the bread first but the lady refused, we ditched our orders cause it was appalling. my mate got his one but it was cut so poorly that most the filling fell out everywhere. very...

Prob one of the rudest and most annoyed staff there is. Service level is even below 2 star. Ask for a simple thing as taking the liquid out of the chicken before putting it on the sub. Holy s.it it was a battle. No, theres no liquid anymore as they changed it last year she told me. Still I saw it was having a swim in the liquid. Please pour it out i asked.
