would recommend trying Wow Buffet for the buffet hotpot experience. make sure to book first as it gets really full.

for the price ($39.90 dinner), it is definitely worth if you have the stomach for it and choose the more expensive options. non-buffet hotpot would be way more expensive.

things i enjoyed: good and fast service wide range of cooked food, cold dishes (凉菜), and frozen food for hotpot, even ice cream clean restaurant and bathroom 2 hours dining time

things i didn’t enjoy: the ready cooked food was very dry and stale the flame for the pot seemed to be lowered so it took a long time to heat up and cook the cold/frozen food a small amount of lamb and beef slices are put out so you can only take a little and have to wait for them to add more tomato soup base doesn’t have much flavour the soft drinks in large 1.5 or 2.0 litre bottles were all open/used which is a bit gross because what if someone drank from it with their mouth

TIPS: if you eat here, don’t get any (or just a small amount) of the ready cooked food because it’s kind of bad, but definitely try the cold dishes (on the rounded table). mainly pick the meats and seafood. Let me first start. The owner who runs this place is awesome, always welcoming and kind. Food is always great but Wow buffet was let down by the horrible service tonight. We booked for a table for 5 to celebrate a 13th birthday at 6.30. I have no issues that our table was not ready when we arrived but not even 1 hour into our meal the staff keeps coming to our table to ask which pots are we done with and wanted to clear our table. At 7.30 we just started dessert and we were approached again asking if we were done with our pots. And then the lady said “ we have people waiting for this table”. I was confused, isn’t the eating time allowance 2hrs? We have only been there for 1hr. I said we have only been here for 1 hour and she was like “yes yes but just letting you know we have people waiting. Not saying you can’t eat, just letting you know” I am sorry but that was so rude. Wowwww😍all we say while eating was Wow😂💃 Been tryn to get booking to eat here but it was always full booked and sunday night we finally got a early booking for our big family of 11😂🤦‍♀️ We were greeted by Ray and he explained everything and each dish to us it felt very good and we were so happy because as a family who loves dining out and we also been to other hot pot restaurant we never had anyone explained to us about the flavours on how to make your soup tasty and yummy🤗 Ray did this to us and with the dipping sauce too yumyum..we enjoyed our night great experience on how to cook and enjoy our soup and all the other side dishes were delious too..loved how they took kids seriously so they can to enjoy like the adults👌 They have their animal trays to serve their food..desserts was very good kids enjoyed the ice cream n lots more.
