Best Park in the world!!Home of the Glenfield Greyhounds. Freshly refurbished with wider walking paths, trees pruned, newer toilet facilities, security lighting surrounding the paths at night for your safety, brand new fields re turfed with only the one Greyhounds top field to be completed with stadium/Field lighting on the top fields. My favourite place to sprint around to get fit and dog friendly to take the dog for a run. Heaps of open spaces, trees available for shade, with a playground @both ends, public exercise equipment to workout on and a skate bowl.. Sunnynook Park has a whimsical bike/walking track; perfect for prams, toddlers, kids learning to ride, or a shaded running spot. The size of the park allows for much to be explored with two playgrounds, sports fields, a skate area, and a perimeter path. The parking on both entrances is ample as well as council facilities, rubbish bins, water fountains. This could be a park you could lose hours too, a great venue for a family celebration, picnic between friends, or space for the kids to run...
