I was given a gift coffee making demonstration voucher from friends. Indi from Little Things Coffee visited our home and really fine-tuned my coffee making skills using our new Breville Barista machine. My coffee making skills were not great before he visited but I now know how to make a complete range of coffees that not only look good but taste just like top cafes' make. He taught me how to achieve coffee extraction equaling the burred bean weight; make café standard Espresso, Piccolo and Flat Whites!' Indi adjusted the external grind wheel and the metal burr grinder setting inside the machine; showed me how to correctly steam wand the milk, how to produce the exact silky milk texture needed for pouring into cups; the rich coffee look and how to obtain that classy design on the surface. It all came down to technique, technique, technique ! Indi made sure I was in the driver's seat all the way through the full coffee making process and I can't recommend the worth of such 'Little Things Coffee' tuition...

Two years on from our post-lockdown coffee oopsie, our oat lattes are consistently perfect, as are the Scandibuns! MrJay loves the banter when the baristas have a moment to chat. Gotta be quick if you want a seat but it's the "little things" that make this coffee spot a must-visit. Service with a twinkle in the eye...a philosophical exchange or an intellectual aside - love it! Two years ago: Mr Jay and I spied a little blue takeaway coffee cup as a pedestrian crossed in front of us yesterday in Level 3. Simultaneously we looked at each other....its been over seven weeks! And we trotted over to support Little Things...their coffees perfect for caffeine addicts. The service was friendly, the brioche were heavenly, the latte was so creamy but disappointingly devoid of caffeine on this...

I also work in the food court in glenfield mall and I always pass by this small coffee place every morning when I get to my shift, I decided to try them out since I always see the prices on the wall. I really love the Feijoa and Apple smoothie plus the Juicy Mango smoothie. I also really enjoy the iced coffee and mocha frappe, they're really well made and filled up very well with no left over ice since it's blended with the drink which i love so much!!! I've seen the owner a couple times in the food court and I think they're wonderful people, the cashiers that served me today and yesterday are amazing. They don't take too long to make your drinks and I've been given my drink twice when I was sitting down and waiting at a table, it's a nice small place with a wonderful...
