Robbers Burger — Restaurant in Māngere-Ōtāhuhu

I had the Beef burger, Upgraded to a chicken nuggets, chips and drink combo. The burger was FANTASTIC! The only thing I’d like to see is burger patties made in house rather than being the pre-made ones (I just personally don’t like this patties). But if you like the patties then I guarantee you’ll love this burger 😋 Beautiful soft toasted buns, fresh lettuce with a nice bite, and the mayo or aioli? Not sure what the sauce was but I think it made the burger 🤤.

Chips had chicken salt on them which was an already a BONUS, but then I found they’d given me little pots of tomato sauce and aioli to dip them in! That was a nice surprise.

I had never been in there before, and the lovely ladies taking my order helped me out and told me what was good, and were super friendly! They asked me to leave them my honest review, so here it is ladies! Doing a fab job keep it up 😊

This place is now my Gold standard for burgers. I came across them by chance as they're located right next to my doctor's clinic, so I decided to try their burgers out for a quick brunch. I got the prime beef burger + kumara fries. For the price, I honestly didn't expect much, but was surprised to see the burger was actually huge (sorry, forgot to take photos)!

First impression was "No way I'm gonna be able to eat all of this!" (but to be fair, I normally can't finish a Big Mac), but the taste was sooo good, I actually finished all of it ! 100% flame grilled beef burgers that are both tender, juicy and tasty. Fries weren't bad either, but could be a bit crispier. No fancy burger place in the City/North Shore can beat them, and will be back again on my next doctor's visit! We went to find some dinner last night and we are so glad we picked Robbers Burgers. We ordered burgers and wedges, we asked to add eggs to our burgers and if they could cook my onions in the burger as I don’t like raw onions. They did all this with no fuss and the burgers was one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. The lettuce tomato n cucumbers were so crisp n fresh m. The meat was like a home made Pattie and decent size with nice soft large burger buns with sesame seeds. Definitely value for money $15 for the burgers. The wedges were not crispy and came with sour cream n sweet chili sauce. Big ups to this lovely young couple that worked there this night, I’m guessing they were the owners.
