I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent dining experience at your establishment. My family and I visited your restaurant on Saturday 11 Nov 2023 and unfortunately had an encounter that has left us dissatisfied.

While enjoying our meal, my mother-in-law discovered a hair in her dish. Understandably concerned, we promptly brought this matter to the attention of your staff. We requested them to show the dish to the manager. Regrettably, there was no response from the manager until we were presented with the bill.

In an attempt to seek clarification, I spoke with the duty manager, Kaila. To my surprise, she indicated that the staff had not informed her about the incident. Despite my explanation, all she offered was a simple apology and presented the bill.

This experience has left us disheartened, as it not only reflects a lapse in hygiene but also a lack of effective communication and customer service. We believe that such matters should be addressed promptly and with the utmost professionalism.

While I understand that incidents like these can occur, it is the response and resolution that truly matter. Unfortunately, the management's handling of this situation has led us to the decision that we will not be returning to your restaurant.

First time here.. The place was beautiful.. Secret garden suits this place lives up to the name. Read about Tommy how she ownd this place made it even more beautiful... The downfall here we served by a waiter ADON not very helpful. We didn't know wat we were ordering.. Cudnt explain alot of things to us kept leaving us to go see a manager if we could do this and do that.. She even gave us a giggle which was not funny at the time because we still know what we were ordering... I then approached the manager when I went around the corner to reception and asked them is there anything wrong we are still waiting to order at this time.. The manager sylar or kaylar her name was lovely.. We requested another waiter and I forgot her name bau was lovely she explained eveything properly and the food was lovely... The prices wasn't to bad. The smoko area is in the gardens as well which was convenient.. The parking isn't to bad and a disabled parking in front..

Can't wait to meet Tommy in person I love what she did to this place a beautiful expeirce however odon the waiter did ruin it for us the first 20mins being there.. ..
