Oh so disappointed with the service I received from the girl who worked at the window today.(26/01/2025). Upon waiting for my order to be released to me, I couldn’t help but feel disheartened at the poor standard the young girl was packing my drinks and my coleslaw. When I had asked her not to “chuck” my food in the bag, I was completely disappointed when I was met with an argumentative young lady. She handed me the bag with the drinks and coleslaw in it, but the next bag after that ripped as she was handing it to me. No apology for the way she handled my food, no apology for the ripped bag and no offering of a new bag. Very Poor Service 😥I work very hard for the money I receive and have been working in Customer Services for more years than that young girls age. But I would never argue with a customer, let alone let the customer leave feeling disheartened. KFC Managers you should be ashamed of yourselves, train your staff properly, teach them the basics of Customer Services, teach them that etiquette in this profession is important and most of all teach your staff that the Customer is always right. In this case I am and I have 36 years of experience in this role to back what I am saying. Overall generally I have always received impeccable and high standard service from the staff from this establishment, I guess the poor girl may not have been in the right frame of mind to be wanting to work. Read moreWasn't the worse place I've ordered food from but still a long way from being good. My partner ordered a chicken wrap of some sort. The chicken was really dry and it seemed like they had poured half the bottle of sauce on it as when she went to eat it, the sauce started dripping like a faucet. The drive through is awkward and has no visible markings to tell you that it's the lane to the drive through. It was marked out by two traffic cones placed on either side of the lane at the beginning of the poorly marked lane. Clearly if you have frequented this place you would be familiar. But if you aren't then it can throw you off if you aren't paying attention. The only reason we knew it was the correct lane was because about 15 metres further down was the drive through sign. If you got in the wrong lane you would be driving into the petrol station. But the classic moment we had second thoughts was when we eventually went to the drive through order point and noticed that the screen that displays what you are ordering was not working and looked like it hadn't been for a while. The telling sign? Almost half of the screen was covered with cobwebs. So like I said, not the worst ... but far...
Read moreWent to this KFC and faced absolutely rude hostile bullying staff ever. Every staff was a grey about something and was taking it on the customers. Had to wait for over 20 mins to place my order and still all the staff was busy catering to the drive thru and uber eats/ door dash pick orders. I asked respectfully how long do I have to wait to get my order taken and one male staff rudely and intimidatingly said they will take my order when they are free. I asked how much time till U r free and he said again with anger when they are free. After a couple of mins he comes and I asked to speak to the manager. The manager was another story. The lady have me a fake apology and said do U want me to take ur order. And then walked away. I asked for the name of the male staff and the manager but all the staff ignored me as if I didn't exist anymore. Never ever go to this KFC unless U ordering from...
