If I could give you less than one star I would. From 2 bad experiences, I'm leaving this review.
Here's a general outline of my experience:
I ordered a Pizza online at 7:22pm with an estimated delivery of 7:55pm. At 8:15pm I called the Mangere store to get an ETA on delivery. The staff member informed me that my order was with the driver. I waited then called again at 8:55pm. Again, I was told my order was with the driver. I requested that the store find out where the driver was to which they replied that he was at the airport. At this point, the wait was getting frustrating as I had children to feed before bed. At 9:15pm I called the store and spoke to the manager who told me that there had been a lot of orders and only one driver so, I requested that he make my order and that I would be in the store momentarily to collect it. I drove to the store, and was met by the manager who informed me that the delivery driver was not far from my house - I was literally there standing in front of him and he’s telling me to go back home coz my pizza is there.
So I go back home only to find cold pizza, which doesn't really surprise me, because the driver has apparently had this pizza sitting in his car for over an hour!! NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED. I'm going to find another pizza shop......
Read moreYesterday I order from catering menu everything was fine up to the mark it was a delivery option selected . I just want to point out that delivery guy was not behaving well . He had to wait few more minutes then expected then he started yelling at me . He keep on saying bro it was instruction to call me once when you reached but he doesn’t know that I got delivered the pizza at my work place it’s a giant warehouse it takes time to come all the way around from last location to entrance gate . More over he handed all the pizza to me instead of helping me to get the pizza to the cafeteria. I didn’t argue with me just because he is aged. But that’s doesn’t mean he doesn’t behave well . Read moreUnfortunately the young man has no customer service experience who was there at the time, especially on how to speak appropriately to customers when there is an inconvenience. Their operations moved to delivery only at the time I was there and I had no idea but instead of apologizing and empathizing, he was more annoyed and looked like he was too busy to bother. Customer service is super important regardless of where you work, even if it's Pizza Hut. The young man needs more training and awareness on external communications and people skills because he obviously was lacking in both that day. I hope his service...
