McDonald's Domestic Airport — Restaurant in Māngere-Ōtāhuhu

Went to this Mcdonald’s today, service was revolting! ordered a big mac with extra pickles and not one pickle was provided. asked for a knife and fork with the rest of my meal and the worker with a gold tooth and claw clap threw it on the table at me. When I went back to ask for my extra pickles the same worker asked me “what do you want” I very nicely asked for the pickles that were not on my burger and she asked for my receipt even though the pickles are free. Even if i didn’t order extra pickles I still didn’t get the ones that already should have come on the burger. Also ordered 8 ketchup packets knowing they don’t often give you all 8 of them and not a single one was in my bag when i got it. Would like to add chips tasted like workers had been breathing on them all day! Will never be returning to this mcdonald’s and I am truly disgusted by the way staff treat their customers....

I’m sorry but the staff here are absolutely awful. I have worked in fast food so I know it’s tiring getting up early and working somewhere busy but the girls on today, even the supervisor on, were so rude. I get we’re all tired at 5:30am but I didn’t even get a hello or anything.

Also, I redeemed points from my Maccas app and got a free metal cup and they forgot it, so when I went to ask about it they seemed absolutely put out by the idea of giving me the thing I ordered. Stood at the counter while the staff walked past me for a bit and eventually someone said “what?” to me so I mentioned that they’d forgot the cup and the girl told her coworker to get it, the coworker then took my receipt and stared at it for a moment before a third worker came and slammed the cup on the counter before...

Had an absolutely great McDonald's experience! Came here to get dinner before my flight, and WOW, I was amazed. I ordered the Hawaiian beef burger large combo, which was excellent. The burger was cooked perfectly, with the pineapple being a delicious touch. The chips were also cooked to perfection and up to McDonald's high standards. I also ordered the Hot Cross Bun pie, which was breathtaking. You should definitely try this before they take it off the menu. The service at this McDonald's was really good with my meal being ready in less than 5 minutes, which is impressive considering how busy they are at the dinner time peak. Will definitely be back at this McDonald's next time I am flying out of...
