DONT EAT FROM HERE! GO TO MCDONALDS ITS SOOO MUCH BETTER.

Wished I had read the reviews before ordering anything from this place. You have your expectations of airport food being subpar but this place takes it to another whole new level of low. I dont know in what mind they chose to have the kitchen exposed because they really should be shameful of the work that takes place in there.

Sushi- 6piece for $12. rice was soggy and mushy with the same texture as the salmon thats sitting in it. I didnt see a single rice cooker in their kitchen so very likely they drown their rice by boiling it. There was zero taste of vinegar in the rice and at that point it fails to call it sushi at all. The Worst ‘sushi’ in my life, period.

Ramen- $21 seafood ramen. instead of using ramen noodles, they opt to use egg noodles so I really should report them for fraudulent activities. I actually wouldnt have mind eating it if it WASNT SO RAW! You can literally taste the flour and the noodles clumped together, it was just inedible. I left the whole plate after one bite and I was so hungry at the time. Broth was just too salty and had same depth as maggies 2 minute noodles. seafood was just overcooked and the whole thing was smothered with seaweed, which did not do any justice.

They really should not be allowed to receive money for what they sell especially at the price they charge. I wish there was somewhere you can report for such horrendous quality. Shame...

Very poor service. Staff member was eating when I approached counter. She continued eating and when she finished her meal she walked passed me to take her plate to the back. No sorry no hello simply said yes when she came back. I ordered Wonton noddles and. Bottle of coke. She slid a gadget to me and put the EFTPOS machine in front of me then said $20 dollars. I had to ask what the gadget was for. She said when it goes "beep beep beep" come get your food. I went to my table. The gadget bleepped so I went back to the counter. I stood at the counter for about 4 minutes and nobody came. I then rang the bell and somebody yelled yip but didn't come. I then saw to my far left a bowl of food that assumed was mine so I took it. Staff member finally came out and I told her it was the worst service I had ever had. She simply said "we have bell" to ring for service. I said obviously that doesn't work because I rang it and you still took ages to come. For $20 this is...

complaint about vee i asked for 2rolls and she tryed to charge me 50 witch i did not pay for , i ended up paying 38 for 2 rolls and then gives me 2 boxes with 6 in each and still had one box in the kitchen i approched her and said oh is that other box that is in the kitchen not mine as i paid for 2 rolls she then goes to me no sorry this is 2 box i said i didnt pay for 2 box i paid for 2 rolls then she said if you want this 3 box i will then have to pay and 12.50 witch will equal 50.50 just for 2 rolls i asked her whats her name and her boss name (steven) she then goes to me oh theres no problem here like (AT ST PIERES I PAY 22.5 for 2 rolls and then come here to 50$ 😂😂🤣 really...
