Roasties Carvery — Restaurant in Manawatū-Whanganui

Gave a 1 for service. The guy with the glasses has no customer service skills, moans about peoples orders, laughs at them behind their backs (i know. I watched him do this) along with a giant of a girl who thinks cackling at customers and smirking is attractive. Disgusting behavior tbh. That guy gets my order wrong every time which I always make him correct. In return he gives me the most driest cuts of meat and the crackle with the most hair. Disgusting. The young maori girl who works there always smiles and has a great work ethic. She is truly a gem. Do better roasties. You used to be amazing...

Brought some apparently called loaded fries but the cheese wasn't even melted. I asked if they usually melt them and they said 'i do but usually but I have to much to do!'. This is incredibly rude as I am paying for my food and I expect it to be to standard. I don't understand what there is to do as their wasn't any customers waiting for food. A visitor to Wanganui and nowhere to cook so ordered a meal at Roasties, Wanganui. Slack service by a young woman who appeared to not give a toss. No finesse with dishing up food. Food piled into carboard container. I won't be ordering from there ever again. You might get away with this sort of service in Wanganui lady but get better manners for a start and at least pretend you like your job as plenty of other people out there to take your place. Management should be teaching staff the right way to deal with customers...
