Hi there, I am a support worker who works for a disability organisation. I came in to place 8 orders for 8 clients. Each of our clients was going to pay cash. I asked the Indian man if I can please make 8 separate orders and he looked annoyed and angry he said “No sorry I don’t think we can do it”. I asked him if he was serious about not being able to make our orders. He said he was busy. He told me that it was best to go to another pizza store. I was so stressed out because I had 8 clients with disabilities sitting inside a disability van. The Indian man said “I can only take 1 big order and 1 payment. We don’t take cash. Only eftpos”. His actions and what he said made me feel like I have been discriminated and turned away. I did not feel welcome at all. This Indian man looked so angry and he starts yelling at the staff to hurry up and help out with the orders. I walked out to our work car and I was trying to figure out how I was going to place my 8 orders. I walked back in and the same guy said “look I’m sorry we don’t have enough coins here to give you change.” I literally had to beg him please to take our order because it was almost time for dinner. I’m not sure what was wrong with that Indian guy (it’s the Indian guy with a tattoo of a kid on his right arm). This is very poor service. There were no customers in the shop apart from my son and I, but two people were working away at the back and a delivery guy passed through the shop twice while we were waiting to be served. A couple mins after we arrived, another customer came into the shop to pick up his order. Well today's service and experience in the store was so disappointing it really doesn't deserve 1-star for the following reasons: (1) the 2 people in the kitchen continued to make a racket and do their work, not stopping to acknowledge us or at least just say they'd be a few mins. (2) finally when the guy behind the kitchen came to serve us, instead of serving the person closest to the counter (me) he turned to the customer furthest away and asked him about his order but in their language - not in English. (3) the customer that arrived after us didnt even make comment or mention that we were there before him. You really need to treat everyone the same Manukau Dominos. We won't be coming back...

They couldn’t see our address on google maps (I checked- our address was there it wasn’t invisible like the driver said) she didn’t even follow basic instructions - manager won’t help u- and after getting my husband worked up she gave up and took the pizzas back to the shop and told me she will talk to the manager and basically said my husband was mean which to be honest he was cos he was frustrated with the service. The only person I would give 5 stars to is the lady that actually delivered the pizzas to my parents. She found the place easily and she gave me a call to let me know so that i wasn’t left guessing whether the pizza was delivered or not. If you’re reading this.
