Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Manurewa

Manurewa Pizza Hut had shocking service tonight. No decent customer service going at this store. Order placed online for 8pm, arrived there 2 minutes early at 7.58pm, we were told the order was "coming". 15 minutes later I checked again, and again told the order was "coming". I questioned how long it'll be since it was ordered for 8pm. We were then told the order was made but one of the pizzas was periperi chicken instead of cranberry chicken therefore it'll be another 10 minutes unless we want the other instead. We said we'd wait. They offered some chips for the inconvenience. We were more concerned our other pizzas wouldn't be hot anymore! Finally at 8.30pm half an hour later we had the full order. When I queried what the freebie was, a staffer said to me I didn't have to "be mean". I said I wasn't being mean. OMG I could've sworn my head off, made a scene in front of everyone but I didn't, I wasn't being mean. I am allowed to be frustrated, I've waited half an hour longer than necessary! We asked if we could have coke instead after the staffer dumped the chips on top of our pizza boxes. I'm really annoyed how these staffers don't know how to provide good customer service. No apology given once, no empathy for the incorrect order made by your company. No choice of freebie to try to make amends. Accusing me of being mean. How rude! Won't go to that store again, only went there cos Yummy King is right next door and they made our food on time by 8pm. Next time will order from Manukau. How rude you girls were tonight, another fast food outlet with poor customer service and now a negative review...

I ordered limousine pizza for our work mates at work. The pizza arrived half cooked presentation was not appetizing very limited stuffing on pizza. Rang back to replace order. When the gut came to replace the order hw showed huge tantrum of why pizza was missing. We have about 10 staff working today and when they picked the pizza it was half cooked so had to throw in the rubbish bin. The way the guy behaved towards us was rude and thought we were lying did he want us to pick up pizza from the rubbish bin. Pathetic attitude not even a sorry. We paid money and expect 100% quality product and staff from your end should be friendly and always willing to help in need. This guy needs to do some course on how to deal with customers.
