Ordered 2 subs- (So called Trainee as the other 2 experienced staff called her) made both subs and put them on the counter, I paid for them- one of the other staff gave it someone else who ordered after me and for some reason refused to give me a refund for the sub that they screwed up as the sandwhich vanished into thin air and did not want to check the other customers sub either, but i insisted and one of them rolled her eyes and opended it up, none of them knew where it went so they lost a subway or gave it to someone free of charge, so their loss. it's just a sandwhich yes, but the principle of honesty and actually being thorough about the work you do goes a long way. - Definately wont be back to that subway in particular. the 2 older or experienced staff were not welcoming with there attitude and were a little demeaning towards the trainee saying it's her fault. Definately need to do more training for the so called experienced staff who like to give away free food and blame it on the newbie. Parking was Great lots of parking Avaliable When into store for a catering platter order there were no order forms available for choice to list bread options & list of added choice of veg / cheese or sauces usually there's forms for customers to fill making it for the sandwich artist to complete ther order with ease. When got home had to call the store to change a few things on the order. Once received the order given out at the event noticed some had runny 2day old tomatoes & Lettuce some that had hardly any veg very sparingly with money spent would of thought it would have a decent amount. Smiles on sandwhich artist faces was nice to see. I was very excited to get my first subway take away after the lockdown, however, my experience was very disappointing. I ordered a spicy korean BBQ wrap, with cheddar cheese.
