Southmall Foodcourt — Restaurant in Manurewa

Decided to try out the new food court, bad decision. Stood at the counter of the Arabic food stall “Zooti” for around 7 minutes. One staff member was putting chicken on a skewer, another was on his phone watching YouTube, finally a guy I presume to be the manager walked out and talked to the guy on the phone whom I presume was getting up to acknowledge me. I had already turned to leave and stated “too long” to which he replied “All good” Customer service at 70% of the places in Auckland is non existent....

Beautiful service from the Indian stall. We were even asked if we would like to taste the food before deciding to buy it, in case it was too hot (but I can handle the heat LOL). We were invited to sit down and the food was brought over to us - on actual crockery plates with proper cutlery!. It tasted so good and the price was reasonable. Only 3 stalls there at the moment but...
