We stopped in for fish & chips & a crumbled Dory. The fish and chips were fantastic but the crumbled Dory was amazing. The breading was light and flaky with great flavor that accented the fish. The batter wasn’t overwhelming and was just right. The Dory was a meatier fish flaky and sensational with a crumbled batter that enhanced the flavor of the fish perfectly. The fries for the fish & chips were a little too salty for my liking but they were still delicious. This place only has a counter & waiting area but take away your meal & find the perfect atmosphere to enjoy your meal. Service was 3 stars just because it was nothing over ordering and no small talk. Chips were sitting too long whilst cooking causing them to be absolutely drenched in oil. I can guarantee they were not fresh. The Rig were over battered and also drenched in oil that tasted old as well as the battered mussels. The cheese burger was ok and so were the prawn twisters. We honestly thought it was under new ownership as we have never experienced a meal like this from them before. To avoid this we will never return to this establishment even after the manager offered to replace the chips and a drink on another visit.I...
