On two seperate occasions I have come to this Blenheim City Fitness gym. 2 different members of the reception staff have been rude and angry towards me.

They donā€™t know their own company policy and deals. $20 for a day means 24 hours as confirmed by every other city fitness branch Iā€™ve come across in NZ.

Youā€™d think staff at a gym would have a calm, mature and ā€œheathyā€ way to express themselves. But thatā€™s not the case here. Sarcasm and anger arenā€™t appreciated on the side of the customer.

Gym DOES NOT HAVE AC. Would never come here to do cardio during the 29Ā°C day. Have to wait for a more appropriate air temperature before doing so as there isnā€™t many or any fans directed at the cardio equipment. Best you have is the breeze that might come through the open door or the small little fans on the equipment.

Gym is tidy, just not comfortable for cardio if you overheat in higher temperatures. Good if youā€™re trying to...

This location is not a new location, and city fitness is a nationwide known brand. How does this location not have air conditioning whatsoever? In the summer months people literally can pass out from heat exhaustion due to CityFitness being cheap and not retrofitting the facility properly. If you are living in Blenheim, go to any other gym, as I imagine they will have air...
