I Really want too give BK a 5 star rating unfortunately I just don't think you The Restaurants after 8pm Staff deserve it to be honest! The 3 previous visits I've had here in the past 4 months mainly via the Drive-Thru have been Extremely Disappointing to say the least! Not only have you gotten my Orders Wrong 'Every Time' as Spicey & Hot (As in Chilli) Foods do not agree with me at all and when I've Ordered a Plain Hamburger No Dressings No Extras in it just the Meat Patty and a Bun and again this has Proven to be wrong by the time I give it to my Elderly Mother who likes to enjoy the Odd Hot Plain Hamburger, You could imagine her Disappointment and the fact that I order it for a Reason' an that being my Mother is Allergic to 'Tomato Sauce and Pickles 😬😳' And I'd say at approximation of %85 out of %100 Guaranteed almost always the Foods Luke Warm not Hot like it is supposed to be as I've had too Heat it once home and eventually cook dinner for my Mother. Which is absurd because we the Consumers pay good money for what 'We Think' we are receiving, Which is fresh good hot takeaway food including freshly cooked chips. . . It would be interesting to see, if there's any improvement on the Temperatures and Attention to Detail of the Staff of the Food on the way out, If I had a positive experience I would reflect it in my Review and depending upon how I receive my Next Order, "If and When" I return to the Marlborough Restaurant then my Review will again, 'Reflect my opinion on the next visit... "My Mothers fine but it has induced vomiting when she has bitten into Said 'Plain Hamburger' containing Sauces and Pickles... I'm not angry as People can and do make mistakes, But when it is every time I decide not too cook and we drive the 30 odd minutes to get said Food then you expect to get what you pay for not a cold face cloth and a Vomit Bowl by my Mother's...

It is not the staff. It is the management/ownership behind the whole catastrophe.
Poor contracts with poor wages. No long term incentives to bring on or keep/invest into staff.
Piss poor culture, resulting in piss poor atmosphere.
I may not have ever been an employee, but such "symptoms" are just so easy to reverse engineer into one's head that even a hormonally high- functioning teen with no work experience could identify such.
Who in the hell is your Regional Manager? Marketing manager? Southisland Manager? NATIONAL MANAGER?
Where's is the drive to promote locally? To work and invest into local community groups and events? It is in your Local community groups/Sports/Events and even Local Bussiness that I believe will be the Big Leap out of this Dark Decade or Poor Reputation that has been since its arrival into Marlborough.
I remember being a teen back in 2008. Me and the lads would make the drive all the way to Nelson sometimes for Burger King. Usually, this would be the precursor for any other following excuses to just go to Nelson. Nelson has been good to us, and frankly, always has.
But Blenheim, such a shame.
Advise from some uneducated Fast Food-Foodie?
Support and hold to account your Franchise owners. Quality over quantitie. Invest and support good staff and incentives Great staff.
Aim for a huge rep and successful future.
Macias are abusing you guys every day. Trash defend on your part.
Oh and possibly another thing. Your managers and supervisors create and maintain the culture at the store. Position respect and positivity in such positions as much as possible. Support, not blame or destroy. Invest!!!

Read moreWent to Burger King just under an hour ago and what an absolute disaster. Ordered one TenderCrisp combo waited 15 minutes at the drive-through window when I was then asked to drive and park to the left where they would bring my order, although I could not drive forward as there were already three vehicles parked waiting before me. Then someone started beeping at me to drive forward which I couldn't. I had to wait another 10 minutes before I could drive forward in the waiting zone. While the person behind me had received their order but could not drive on as all the other cars were still waiting. When I finally got my order after waiting 30 minutes, I couldn't move either. I was stuck there until the person in front received their order so had to wait another 10 minutes for them, by this stage I was furious. And to add more insult to injury my Tendercrisp was not crisp at all even though I started to eat it soon as I received it as I had waited long enough and was starving!!! and the chicken patty "if you could even call it that" was so thin I couldn't even taste chicken. Absolute sh*t show with some very hostile unhappy customers getting frustrated at other customers. Worse drive-through experience of my 52 years of life. I will never go to another...
