te Pa Wines — Attraction in Marlborough

te Pā is the only winery I consistently buy wine online from, and I buy a lot of wine! Not only is their wine (in particular the te Pā Rosé & Sauvignon Blanc) some of the best in New Zealand, their customer service is exceptional. Mikela goes above and beyond for customers and, in my opinion, is one of the best assets of this awesome New Zealand winery, and a big part of the reason (apart from the wine) that I continue to order. Keep doing what you do and I’ll be a customer for a long time, and I’m sure you’ll have many, many more (I tell so many people). Look forward to when you might have a Cellar...

Even without tasting the wines yet, WOW, what fantastic, friendly service!! I read a rave review about the Hillside and Seaside Sauvignon Blancs, but didn't want to buy 6 of each, so asked if they'd go out of their way and make up 2x3. Within minutes, a positive rely and minutes later, it was with the courier. Really impressive. I cant wait to taste these two gems. Thanks...

Very rude, zero manners.. I was demanded to move my car when I accidentally parked in one of their private car park spots for like 5-10 seconds. I going to a shop right by their place. I was happy to move but that member of staff really needs to learn how to talk to people respectfully. For example "Hi you parked in one of our private parks could you please move?" It's not...
