Family gathering, and first time coming here. Well presented, and customer service was a chill and laid back approach, with great professionalism, which was good to see. Different foods were ordered from all family members, so I'll just be reviewing what I had. - Garlic bread 8.2/10 Lightly toasted bread, with a very good amount of garlic butter, my personal favorite is good garlic bread, and this was a good example. - Chicken breast bacon wrapped with vegetables. 8.6/10 Chicken was moist, and bacon was crispy. Excellent combo. Nice soft potatoes with brown pepper sauce. Vegetable on plate, however the chicken was a decent size, I didn't need them, however I'd perfer more broccoli abd less carrots as the broccoli was more compatible with how the chicken was presented. - Creme brulee 9.2/10 Love the arrangement of the plate. Everything worked well together. Love the initial crack of a brulee, and It was a great dish to follow after a solid main course. Must try place if in napier, very happy and in my view affordable for what you get.

Came here for a celebration. Got a round of cocktails that was fine. However the next round we got tropical sunset x3 and WOW each one tasted different & tasted of straight juice… for $17.. so we took it back told the Man working there that they weren’t as nice as the first, we’re missing ingredients listed to have in them and even the girls at the back of us left both of there’s for the same reason. He was angry and just stared us down as if we were wrong to voice our opinion then proceeded to remake 1 of the drinks to look like this… when we said I’m are you sure it doesn’t look like the picture he was so rude saying yes well it looks like a sunset doesn’t it? Uh no it doesn’t!! RUDE RUDE RUDE

Great food along with the service. The beef cheeks stewed for 6 hours in red wine were to die for. The portion sizes of meals is out the gate. Seafood lasagne to die for, also generous sizes. The service is prompt and attentive and very helpful. Wine and beverage choices not big but enough to satisfy the palette. The atmosphere and view is humming, with a view over the water very calming. Plenty of parking close to the venue. This is a busy place and I could see why. Very popular and very much recommend a visit here.

Love coming to the boardwalk for lunch or dinner can always get a seat as it is not as busy as other restaurants nearby. Beautiful spot right next to the beach, love the cocktails and they have a good menu with something to suit anyone I always order the steak and am always happy with it my partner ordered the chicken breast and he was also happy with it and my mum ordered the seafood chowder and was very impressed. It has become a regular spot for me to take my family and friends for a meal or even just a drink.

These people do NOT know how to do cocktails... I ordered a long island iced tea and it just tasted like coke so it was an expensive coke. One my friends ordered a boardwalk breeze and it just tasted like blue lemonade so that was an expensive lemonade my other friend order an espresso martini and it just tasted like a cold coffee so an expensive cold coffee.. food was average.. most restaurants can produce this kind of food but at least can do decent cocktails... I will not return
