Excellent venue with access to cafes and bars straight off the beach like a little Venice beach, California. all we need is an all - weather outdoor gym to enhance the experience . the surf is accessible from the same pathways! Awesome I can just walk out the door, jump on my scooter with my board under my arm and go for a surf, then stop at the cafe for a hot chocolate afterwards.
