Domino's Pizza Nelson — Restaurant in Nelson

First of all - get trained in management skills, Customer Service or hire someone who can give this store some basic management and how to retain the regular customers.

I was going to this store from several months but since last month this store is getting worse and worse.

Ist week - I had ordered veg pizza other day & store gave me pepperoni pizza i found out when i opened the pizza after reaching home. Called them and they said bring it back. I asked if they can deliver answer - no because of pickup. Agreed and went to store from home again to pickup the pizza

Next week - ordered veg pizza no peri peri sauce got the sauce on it. Waited there 10 mins to remake it & got the sides cold while as i was waiting.

Yesterday - same happened again they put the sauce on my pizza and i asked them to put the sides in as well because last time it was cold on the counter lady said yes we will do it. I was waiting there for remake and they didn’t put the sides. Asked them about the sides she said nothing wrong with it. There was half of the cheese were not on cheesy garlic bread but the lady didn’t agree. Despite she said its hot. How the hell the thing can stay hot for 15 mins it was cold & awful. It is so frustrating using your website that usually I give up and order from Pizza Hut instead. For example, when I click on a pizza, some of the text that describes what topping the pizza has can't fit on the screen and wont let me scroll down to see, so I have no idea what all the toppings are on the pizza. Since I couldn't see all the toppings, I decided to build my own in the Designa section, only to be given NO options to build my own pizza! The only option it gives me is to change the number of pizzas I've ordered and save the changes, even when I click "Edit" it gives me no options to edit the pizza. Maybe your website is designed to be used on a cellphone or other device, I don't know, but it certainly doesn't work on my laptop. And I know that the Nelson branch probably isn't responsible for the website, but I didn't know where else to lodge my complaint, and since this is my local Dominos I thought I'd complain here. 2/5 stars for your...

Store made a mistake with the order and didn't care. Went in store and ordered a Hawaiian with vegan cheese because my daughter has a dairy allergy. LOVE that they do vegan cheese, hence the one star. However, got home and it was not what I ordered. Completely different pizza. When I rang the store I was offered a remake which could be delivered, but a 35 to 40 minute wait. They then reneged on the delivery as it was originally a pickup and they didn't want to pay for petrol. Kept saying sorry, but didn't sound sorry. Instead they offered a garlic bread if I drove back in and picked it up. So I had to drive the 5km to the store to pick up the pizza and a soggy garlic bread. It ruined our family movie night.
