Pizza Hut Nelson — Restaurant in Nelson

Went to order a lumo for a special occasion. Shop was dirty staff member unable to understand me. His computer not working. I suggested I write name and address to be recorded when computers back on line. Was difficult for me to hear as counter near kitchen. Asked if price would be 39.99 delivered. Assured it would be. So ordered extra chips and onion rings. A very frustrating visit. Assistant was unhelpful disinterested in my asking for suggestions of what flavors for lumo .was delivered on time and enjoyed by all. Was not happy with price charged. 9.60 check ?? Really poor service tonight at Nelson pizza hut as a result I will not be ordering from this store again made a delivery order online at 5.50pm to be delivered at 6.30pm 6.40 I called pizza hut nelson to check status manager said sorry our order was next and that our order will be there in 10mins at 7pm still nothing I called again to ask if our delivery would be delivered at all the manager replyed it's on its way and hung up rudely while I was still talking 7.10 our order arrived with a chips and a coke as we don't drink coke I sent this back I am very disappointed in the managers attitude and lack respect for there customers 1hour 20mins from order to receival is satisfactory...

Me and a few mates decided we would go and get some pizzas after a day out riding, so we all order our pizzas and everyone gets their pizza: except one of us who paid for one pepperoni, so we go and ask the fella at the fella at the counter and he tried to tell us that we had already received this pizza so we proved we hadn't and he still wouldn't give us our pizza so my friend went and sat down while everyone else ate after we had already given him a few bits the guy said that he was going to make him a pizza and about two minutes later he appears again with a cooked pizza, now I think this is bull and the pizza was there the whole time and we were getting scammed...
