Kebab Kitchen — Restaurant in Nelson

THE best place to casually enjoy an AMAZING feast of Turkish food! We went for early dinner, and I would have gone back for lunch the next day but that was Sunday and they were closed. So sad! I had the Nysa Chicken Pilish and it was incredible! Like a chicken iskender but with chargrilled capsicum and onions. AMAZING! Flavour was so delicious! There were many choices in food and drinks, including vegetarian. Clean. Can sit inside or outside. It didn't take long for the food to come out. And the staff..oh the staff were so wonderful and friendly, was like eating at your favourite aunty's place. They celebrated their employee's birthday and brought out a wee cake for her and the rest of the diners all sang along. That shows how kind and genuine they are. Was a cold wet night in Nelson and I craved what we call in Australia a snack pack. Only one man was working and already a number of orders. Greeted promptly as he went about creating the earlier orders. It didn't take long to finish off these orders and make mine. I was pleasantly surprised, the chips were cooked beautifully, hot and non greasy. The meat had such a great flavour to it and was plentiful.
