IMPROVEMNTS NEEDED
The customer service received lastnight 22.11.22 from Management on duty and one other staff member was absolutely shocking!
Management didnt want to deal with the complaint and left their work colleagues scrambling finding cover out the back.
As for the other staff member mumbling under their breathe, telling me to shut up, was absolutely disgusting
Yes there was a power cut and although the power had come back on a couple of hours before this, the instore waiting time was painfully long.
Only to find out after a 45min wait the burgers hadnt been prepared.
The Drive Thru was pumping tho. There must be a different power supply in-store...lols

Read moreFood is fine, lobby tends to be clean. But the staff is among the rudest people I have had at any fast food place. They are very socially inept it would seem as they never speak at a volume that's possible to hear asking them to repeat them selves once or twice, I've never gotten a standard "have a good day" or even a thanks after ordering or being served. I work at a fast food place with both the customers and food so I understand how to treat customers and the staff here have no idea how to. I would suggest 'training' but having to train staff on how to be polite...

When this was brought to her attention she got an attitude on and lost my sale. Next day she at least knew she was being reported but needs to keep her mouth closed and not comment within earshot. Store manager took three month to respond. Sort out your staff and if they have time to gossip then they have time to clean dining area, move bikes away from doors, and empty overflowing...
