Went through drive through, gave code, lady asked for which order we want for example A1 or B2 I said no we donāt want to order from APP , we want to order our own combo, so she asked again for code, by now I was getting angry. Then we sat in queue for 20mins,,we were the 3rd car in the line. They were so slow., The car in front of us waited about 15mins just for a ice cream cone. Anyway we finally got to window and there was no Hi from the lady, and she kept walking back to put orders into a bag, by this stage we still hadnāt paid for our order. Finally after 5mins of sitting at the window , we paid, she gave our drinks and said can you go and wait in the car park and we will bring the rest of the order to us. By now I was fuming, so I got out and went into restaurant to ask for a complaint form, which the guy said we donāt have and that our order will be another 3 mins, as we are busy, lots of orders on screen but no customers at the counter. Just useless. After all that I did not receive my loyalty points, and this is not the firstborns I havenāt received my points.. come on Burger King, get your shot...

Didnt hear them call my number the first few times as I was chatting but when I did the grumpy, sour faced manager made a comment that she had already called it five times. She had the audacity to make a rude comment to one of the junior staff about me and walk away. I asked her to repeat what she said and she ignored me, i asked again louder if there was something she wanted to say and she again ignored me leaving the poor girl at the counter to tell me if I had a problem I should speak to the manager....the same one that refused to even acknowledge me when I asked her what she had said to me. Ironic that the manager of the burger king with the slowest service in NZ had the audacity to complain that I wasnt fast enough for her liking. Maybe some training on decent customer service would be better than the thousands spent on their latest revamp of the store...pity I cant rate...

Then we got to the window and he confirmed again that as part of our order we were having a double BK Chicken burger. We got our bag and drove home, to find out we had received chicken nuggets instead of the burger, despite confirming twice what we wanted. We drove back and had to return the chicken nuggets and pay even more for what we assumed would also include the nuggets. They never gave us the nuggets, were difficult from the start and almost send me into a panic attack due to my severe anxiety and their treatment of us. Even when trying to communicate that they had messed up they tried to pin it on us, rather then take accountability and never apologised for what happened despite me being visibly upset. Atrocious...
