Looked cute from the outside. Ordered an Americano and a flat white. Couldn't drink them as yhey were so hot, couldn't hold the takeaway cup. When I did have sip of my 'flat white' it was awful. Upon taking lid off saw it was an Americano We were given 2 of them, even though when they called the order they said flat white. I had already left in the car so didn't go back to return.
