Bogarts Pizzeria — Restaurant in Wellington

The delivery driver gave me covid a couple of months ago now and now I have long covid. He came to the door with an obviously sore throat as he could barely speak and was the only person within 2-3 days that had done so, I wear an N95 everywhere I go, so that means that the people that own this place made their delivery guy come to work despite very obviously still being very sick with covid. Will never order from this place again as a result of this. I hope the worker has moved on to a place that will treat him with respect when he is sick and let him take as long as is required to allow himself to no longer...

This place used to be great but now it seems to be run by two young girls that are way out of their depth. They've got the order wrong over the phone every time so we began ordering in person which takes more time, and every order has still been incorrect. Our order has even been sent out of the door with somebody else who had to bring it back. Clearly they had been opened and maybe handled by the chap that brought them back, and they were cold too. One girl another time even took some topping off my pizza as she was boxing it and ate it. Wouldn't go back here again if...

Excellent local pizza shop with delivery service. I've tried two pizzas from Bogarts: An Italian sausage ("Casablanca") and a mixed seafood ("Across The Pacific"). Both were delicious. The ingredients were noticeably fresh. The pizza bases are hand made in a thin style but slightly softer than you might be used to from big chains, as they don't appear to be pre-fried in oil. The ratio of base to toppings is roughly 1:1 (half base, half toppings). Flavors were fresh, distinct and not overwhelming or fake. Delivery was on time. Forgot to take photos, we were too...
