Nairn Street Cottage is Wellington's oldest original cottage. It was originally built by the Wallis family, who lived in the cottage for three generations. Interesting tour of a small heritage residence with a very knowledgeable guide. If you are interested in social and local Wellington history or colonial architecture I highly recommend going along. The cottage is only able to be seen on the guided tour, so make sure you check the tour times or book ahead...
