Columbus Coffee at Mitre 10 MEGA Rotorua — Restaurant in North Island

It’s a shame as we love Columbus cafe, definitely not this branch .The female cashier who served me was just absolutely rude, shouldn’t be working in front of house. I ordered chicken panini, mac n cheese and eggs benedict. Eggs benedict was served before the ones from the shelf. I waited more than 30mins for this. So I went to the counter to follow up, she then answered with a raised voice “it’s here” with a straight face. You are lucky that we are on a holiday and won’t ruin my day with this. Although the food was nice, can’t say that I enjoyed it. The way you served my food was just so unprofessional, I’m sure you remember me as this was just 30mins ago so I am still pretty gutted about...

I was appalled at our service today i came in with nine residents this afternoon from a rest home for a lovely cup of coffee and muffin for them to enjoy. Instead our waitress was making our experience in your cafe awful she did not once have eye contact,with us no smile she looked as though what ever was on her mind was our fault it was awful.I actually feel that your manager of the cafe needs to train the staff in good customer service, she actually tried to justify her waitresses behavior maybe she needs training too.We have been there several times and our experience and service has been great but today wasn't one...

Well I thought we had been to a bad Columbus Coffee then we came here. They only sell fries with meals so you can not just get a bowl. Nice way to lose sales. My orange juice was only 2/3 of a small glass for $4.50, maybe they confused the size with wine. While my wife's tea was been poured etc the server was more than happy to adjust her bra which included putting her hands down her top. Then to top it off a staff member coughed in to the food cabinet then closed the door to it. Poor unprofessional service. Definaltely will not be coming here again and advise others...
