Pita Pit Rotorua Trade Central — Restaurant in North Island

I went into Pita Pit with my daughter today and all of the staff was so lovely. I bought a falafel salad and it had all pre chosen fillings which went amazing together. One of the girls even allowed me to change the dressing from a vinaigrette to the ceasar dressing and it made it taste so much better. All of the staff seemed happy to be at work and as if they really enjoyed their job. However I do wish the music in the store was better. It was quite a bit of money for a skinny pita. I ordered a lot of fillings, including lettuce, but there was hardly any lettuce in it. It felt like I was mostly drinking the pita since it was filled mostly with sauce. The grilled cheese wasn’t melted at all, either. The layout of the place is really awkward. People who were sitting needed to move out of the way just for us to order on the touch monitor. We went to pita pit yesterday for lunch. Wasn’t expecting much but we were met with EXCEPTIONAL service! Not only were the girls serving us so kind, happy, and efficient, but they even went the extra mile of delivering the food to us at our table instead of calling our names - never had this happen at another pita pit before.
