St Pierres Sushi & Bento Bowl (Rotorua) — Restaurant in North Island

Kudos to the team especially the front of house, Priscila and a young gentleman (forgot his name) for handling long orders during lunchtime. Handled presure really well despit an impatient asian guy wanting special treatment (probably knows the manager as was seen inside kitchen premises) was literally by the counter as if gesturing the staff to hurry up. Like hello, there's like a long queue already you can't just cut the line... The waiting time is understandable as you'll see food being made fresh and steaming hot.

Really enjoyed the food and was worth the wait. Would recommend coming before or after lunch hours though if...

They have sorted the below nonsense they were carrying out and up their game with the tofu. Good work Bento Bowl Rotorua The salad at the bento box has got smaller and the amount of rice has gotten larger, I think there maybe a cost saving going on here. They also have been sold out of Tofu for weeks, does this mean there is a shortage of Tofu in New Zealand? Again I think not. When they get these things sorted they are very much or could be 4 stars. Provide what your menu says and increase the salad and get a solid 4 stars especially since they increased the price for...

First visit fantastic, second time not so. Hubby's bowl of food about half the amount compared to previous time. His arrived at least 10-12 minutes before mine. Mine had poorly cooked rice and oily prawns... it wasn't terrible but certainly not delicious as was our first visit. The music was so loud we couldn't relax but too wet to sit outdoors. We will try again as they are settling in but will take food away somewhere peaceful. A lot to pay for a meal that wasn't enjoyable. Staff lovely, smiling and helpful but got our order...
