HELL Pizza Strathmore — Restaurant in North Island

Ordered through Uber, at the time it was meant to be delivered Hell called and said they no longer offer the pizza I ordered. I suggested they swap out the unavailable pizza for a pizza that was less expensive and Hell could keep the difference. The staff member told me I had to cancel my order and re-order. He was rude and unaccommodating, at no point did he apologise. I didn't want to cancel because I didn't want the cancellation fees or the trouble of reordering, they left me no option and by the time I did cancel and attempt to reorder, the business was closed.

I've been getting hellz pizza for years in Strathmore but the last year I've been getting really bad service my orders for delivery never turn up with the right order I normally order over $100s worth. When I ring to complain which I've done few times I get told it's my fault. I normally tip the delivery guys with the change don't understand why treat so badly feeling sad. All in saying hellz pizza corrected their mistake and dropped off correct order and apologized. Good on ya...

I was really annoyed as I thought I couldn't get the Dubious promo deal as it was a meat pizza. I love participating in the promos. The staff then offered to make it plant-based as I argued it was just replacing a topping. The staff were very helpful and friendly in helping me being able to participate. I am grateful for them.
