Food & coffee quite nice, black doris plum cake was devine. Most of the staff were lovely. However the red headed lady on the till was very condescending and rude, snatched the menu off us when we decided to order counter food which we paid for and sat down outside and enjoyed.

We ordered a second round of coffees while we were at our table and a lovely girl put our order through and brought tasty coffees back shortly after.

On the way out we went to pay for these two coffees and the aforementioned redhead couldnt understand what we wanted to pay for even though she read out the exact coffee order to us. She was rolling her eyes and snapping back in a snarky tone and saying there is no name or number on the order even though the waitress never asked us for one. She asked multiple questions that made no sense, and certainly didn't get any better when I pointed out she wasn't being very helpful, her attitude only got worse.

Perhaps consider taking her off such a customer focused position of she is unable to understand simple orders. Better suited to a back of house role where she can keep her stinkface and shirty attitude to herself. Wonder if the other reviews regarding service are about the same lady.
