They either need to employ persons who can stay on check-out, and help with ordering on those stupid order machines. It took forever to get my meal, that wasn't correct and cold, as the case with others. I sat in the driveway of KFC for about 15mins + as did others who could not get past a car whom were blocking the way. No one was in front of these people who could have moved. Then what a mission to find a car park!!! This was not in a rush hour either. I will not be going there again. Apartently your phone or internet orders get the same treatment!! As this lady was certainly not happy and the wait she had, well and truly an hour + wait, on top of trying to get into KFC to recieve her order. This lady arrived after me and left just before me. Like her I had been up to the counter twice to see where my order was. So what is that telling you!! Seriously they need to sort these issues out big time. Not a happy camper when it comes to KFC in New Plymouth...

I've driven off several times after waiting lengthy times at the drive though, only to be told they can't do several variations of orders. This time after waiting 25 min to get served: no original chicken, no wicked wings, no sliders, no twisters. I feel sorry for the guy taking the orders having to constantly turn people away. The franchise must lose so much money due terrible management of such a simple thing - cook more clucken chicken! After writing this, must admit, I feel like a bit of an idiot bothering to come back... And yet, i did again: This time 10 months later - no chicken, or wicked wings, "Can I just have the meal without the wicked wings?" No? Maybe you didn't hear me properly.. What, you did!? Let me get this right - I can't choose to pay more money, for less food, to fix your inability to prepare enough of the one thing your store exists to cook? You have one job...

As we live 30 minutes drive away it was a treat and a rarity. 3 cars including ours were the only ones in drive through and we had to wait over 20 minutes just to order. Once we finally got to order we were told there was no normal chicken left or bacon our only option was a zinger. When order was ready it was cold! The employee of KFC barely spoke two words didn't even say thank you when we paid. They were not at all busy there was no one inside restaurant it was obvious they did not want to be there. Come on KFC running out of chicken! That's ridiculous. Your employees need training on customer service as well as making sure the food is hot and not dried out. Even the chips were cold! Who ever does the ordering needs to learn how to cater for various times of the day. Definitely won't go back to KFC New Plymouth we were extremely disappointed! Personally I wouldn't have even given u 1 star it...
