The Warehouse New Plymouth — Local services in North Island

I like the WareHouse and I think most of the staff are especially nice, I.e..The help service counter is a blessing and they really do help you out. I was even short $1:50,and lady put in so I could get product, now how sweet is that. Most other Staff are great too. Watch out for those lunch time Staff going for lunch, even if you have to miss out on gr8 👍 Staff help, and wait for 5 min longer till fill in Staff Members arrive to help, but can you really blame them 😉 😀 😜 lol, I don't; I can remember my hunger pains dictating when I should leave the floor, as can most workers, unless your fasting ha ha boom boom 💥 😜 I give them 4/5 (4 out of 5 for their great effort, and one point less for those lunch time hunger pains, but hey, solve this problem by turning up early or later like 2pm!...

Hey people. I've had a bad experience with the customer service at the warehouse. First they sold me a returned with all the old owners contact information. Then when I told them about the policy breach they brushed me off . I still have the apparent new phone they sold me with all the old owners contact information. And offered me a 300$ phone to take it back. What if this was your old phone from the warehouse. Appropriate or not? They seem to think our money doesn't matter, and our personal information is trivial. Please comment and help me get a resolution. I still have the phone for any lawyers that...

Upon check out I ask cashier lady Robyn (middle age with red dye short back long front hairs) whether they have return policy. She went at me with full nasty attitude "what do you mean return? No you can't take this home and wear it and return it? We have change room for a reason". I came back next day to return 1 item thay didn't fit and was pleasantly helped by Lydia. Please adjust the staff attitude and wrong information given...
