Very very disappointed!!! Put me off buying KFC from local store now...
NEVER EVER! make an elder man (my Dad) wait NEARLY 3 HOURS for his 3 day pre-order on Sunday, (even tho he waited patiently) it was lunch for mothers day at church... I had to call in the store after my dad waited the 1st hour.
The store was busy with other orders eg online, deliveries, drive thru, in store, miss orders and off course PRE-ORDERS, more than 10+ people waiting for ages as well. Standing with the crowd for ages, we shouldn't have to say anything if you know people have been waiting for ages, there was no communication about our order. Only once they said it should be ready in 15 mins, so waited about half an hour or so coz it's was chaos. In the end after 2 and a half hours or nearly 3 hours, couldn't wait. I went to the counter to cancel the order, to my surprise no one spoke to me and the cheek of two staff just nudged each other and said "you go", "nah you go" and I said "Excuse me, anybody" I had to say it 3 times and the manager just stood there and looked. I just Cancel the order and walked out.
SO WORST OF ALL we walked out empty handed, took way too long to do the order, but everyone else got THEIRS!!!....
Just had the courage to say something now, i was too angry to review on sunday, but thank you to all those who were concerned about my Dad waiting.

Went through drive way, did my order went to the payments window, Indian lady there asked me to do payment I did my payment of $8.08, on their eftpos machine said its accepted but according to her she said it's not accepted. After constantly telling her, that my payment has gone through, even I showed her my online statement it said payment made to KFC and it's pending. She refuse to talk to me and asked her manager to come over and when the manager came over she said the thing and said to me to do payment again. I kept telling them it's through but they didn't believe and made me do another payment, so I did another payment of $8.08 and showed them my bank online statement again which said payment done to KFC and pending and the manager said one of the payment will bounce back to you because they DID NOT REACH ANY PAYMENT FROM ME. They gave me my food and when I came home I checked my online statement and called the bank, they told me KFC HAVE CHARGED ME TWICE YOUR STATEMENT CLEARLY SHOWS IT. Now for NO reason wasting my fuel I have to go back to KFC DEAL WITH THE STUDIP PEOPLE THERE AGAIN AND GET MY MONEY BACK. BUT NOT SURE IF THEY WILL GIVE IT BACK OR NOT. Read moreOur company ordered KFC for dinner. I went to pick up our order and waited in line for 20 minutes. When I came to the counter I told the cashier about our catering order and he whisked behind to check. He come back with a book and asks me if this is the order and if its correct I confirm that it was all good. I stand to the side to let other people order. A woman named elena pops out and is holding the catering book and says is this your order? I said yes, she began raising her voice and told me to go wait in line again to pay. She talked to me like I was the scum of the earth and said "HAVE YOU WAITED IN LINE? GO WAIT IN LINE TO PAY! YOU NEED TO WAIT LIKE EVERYBODY ELSE!" I told her I just waited in line to pick up my order and if I was to honestly go back in line again just to pay. She rolled her eyes and walked off.
When I turned to look everyone in the store was looking at me. I felt like I was being discriminated against. The cashier who was helping me came back and said apologised about her and let me pay, I asked him what her name was. He told me her wad Elena, then I asked who the manager was. He said that she was the acting manager. I'll never go back for our business or for myself. Incredible how rude people are these days and...
