EDIT After having a birthday party here for my son over the weekend, my review has changed quite significantly. The service was actually quite shocking.. I have to mention though that the guys who do the carts are awesome! (Except the asian guy, who just looked miserable) I found the women who I dealt with to be quite rude and very unhelpful. I was not informed about a party that was after ours which obviously put a time limit on ours... so we had to quickly clean up unexpectedly and get out of there and we hadn't even done the cake. I was not allowed to come in earlier to decorate the room so decorating ate in to our party time. My boys and I love go karting so we will be back, but I wouldn't recommend a birthday party here. It's just a shame bacause I see sooo much potential in this business. It really does need some TLC, nicer front of house staff, A more organised bookings procedure and the party room needs a...

I came in with my two children 8 and 11 years old today to check out the go Karting Which looked like fun and then later called to make a booking for my 2 children for 3pm which was taken by one of your staff members. My children and I turned up for our booking only for the staff to try and put the kids in with a whole heap of adults that we didn’t know. I was concerned for the safety of my children so therefore asked for a refund under the circumstances. I left with two very upset kids who had waited excitedly most of the day for this experience. If this is how things work at your facility it would have been nice to be informed. It’s very concerning that you would put such young children in go Karts with teenagers and adults that you don’t know? I think a review of the way you do things...

More than one of the karts we used had defective seatbelts.The staff were indifferent at best and just sat around drinking beers.

We had to wait over 30 minutes after our booked time before we were allowed on, we had paid for 20 minutes and barely got 15 minutes on the track, when we pointed this out to the staff they simply laughed and said we got what we paid for.

Safety is very low on their list of priorities closely followed by customer service.
