Great Stop on the Way to Coromandel Coast

We stopped at Kofistop in Bethlehem on our way to the Coromandel Coast, and it was such a delightful surprise! The cafe is small but cozy, and the breakfast options were fantastic. The broccoli almond quiche and bacon egg pie were absolutely delicious. We also had a brownie for dessert, which was rich and amazing!

But the real highlight was the cappuccino—it was easily one of the best I’ve had in New Zealand over the past 13 days. Rich, smooth, and perfectly brewed.

Kofistop is an absolute gem! Their early opening hours are perfect for us, especially being so close to Kidiwise. It’s a lifesaver to drop off the kids early and enjoy a fantastic coffee before starting the day. The staff here are incredibly lovely, always welcoming with a smile, and the coffee is top-notch every single time.

Wow, this is a little gem of a cafe. The owners are very welcoming and friendly, they truly treat you like a local 🤩 Food was very tasty and we didn't wait long before we were served. Very cozy café but the seating suits small groups, but you can tell this does not bother their patrons which were very consistent during the time we were seated. Will definitely visit if in town again. Parking in front of shop, but you may need to look further...
