During my trip in Tauranga, I ran into this shop. I bought 6 macarons (cheesecake, pistachio, berry?, strawberry, lemon and chocolate). These were soooo good. It's perfectly sweet unlike other places that are sickly sweet. The outer cookie part is perfect combination of chewy and crispy. I ordered a cake online and was just two minutes away from the pickup time when I got stuck in traffic. I called the store to politely inform them I would be a little late. Instead of understanding, the staff simply told me to “hurry up.”

This is extremely rude and unprofessional. A business should show basic courtesy to its customers, especially when they have already paid in advance.
