Feeling so disgusted w/ your service! No customer service at all! The worst customer service experience with both the person taking the order at the drive thru, through to the second window with the Manager. The crew at the drive thru didnt say about 2 charges, so when she give us the eftpos machine to pay, we didnt get told that there will be a split payment for 2 different code redemned and she jus let us go. And she was talking on the other line while we were at the window and send us through to the next window. When we get to the next window to collect our order, a unhappy manager w/ the aggressive voice asked us of our order in an interrogated way and told us we didnt pay our order. Ofcourse I said we did “unknowingly” they split our order due to it was a redemned code from the apps. She the manager told us to go and drive back to the line (drive thru) to pay our second order. Unbelievable rudeness for both drive thru manager to the drive thru crew who talked to us with an angry face and eyebrows high. I just want to let you both know that you failed on making us feel little and making us feel that it was all our fault when you failed to let us know that you had split our order, secondly, you failed to tell us our order and which order I had paid for and lastly, you send us through to the next window without double checking if we had paid all our order that you had to split with your own knowledged and failing to let us know, neither told us about it! Way back 2011, I was a proud McCas crew, and I was working from the kitchen, Mccafe, front, back, food station, and drive thru, and I had never ever gave our customers an attitude not even once even to the difficult customers not even on some days that I wasnt feeling well or when I had a bad day! Lucky I wasnt a mystery shopper otherwise, I will tell you face to face that you shouldve work at the back area because you shouldnt be the face of Mcdonalds! Shame on you both Drive thru crew and drive thru manager!
And to add up, your food is no different from your service! The chips/fries and the buns were not fresh and its soggy, and the patty is definitely no longer fresh...
Read morecame in at 5:30am on 27/3/21 Saturday, saw staff and i was able to get in the front door. they were still cleaning and before i could even ask if they were open for service a lady said “we’re not open”. before i could even say ‘sorry i didn’t know’ then head out the lady rudely cut me off and said again “no we’re not open”. not sure if she was having a bad day or she was upset having to work that early on a saturday morning but i didnt expect her to be that rude. i understand there are alot of questionable characters in that area of the hutt but just felt like i wasnt treated like a human being. she did look like she realised i wasnt homeless when she saw me getting in my car and leaving so maybe she thought i was just some random drunk person wandering in. i haven’t been to this branch of mcdonalds in a while since petone is closer to me but the level of service has really gone down. i would like to shout out a lady that does the cleaning there who is always polite and asks how my day is going which i saw on my way out. i personally would not go back here based on my experience today. mcdonalds petone has always had proper staff that always showed proper customer service. the type an employer would expect when looking at a cv and seeing that they have work experience in mcdonalds. hope management see this to have a look at the service they are providing or the individuals they...
Read moreOrdered hotcakes 🥞🥞 via delivery to my home 3 days in a row. No syrup or butter in the bag on day 1 or 2 🤨🤨. I called to complain both days. Imagine hotcakes with no syrup🙆😫....On the third day, the delivery person asked McD's to make sure the extra syrup I paid for is in the sealed bag. I even called the store myself before the order left the store to be sure I got syrup. They answered the phone and put it right down on the counter without even saying hello. So I listened to them work for literally 40 minutes while I waited for my order to arrive 😂. It was astounding, the manager was yelling at the staff the entire 40 minutes as if they all have the most hectic complicated job in New Zealand. I opened the bag when it arrived, still no syrup 😮💨😮💨‼️ And as always, the food was so cold that the cheese didn't melt at all 🤦🏻♂️. Hope you have an air fryer or microwave. Customers can't request jam/jelly at all via the delivery app, so you get a cold dry breakfast sandwich.
