Came in to get dinner for my daughter and her friend and what a cock up. They ordered there food got the new pack for $30.00 and they forgot the drinks my daughter and her friend waited and waited as they thort they were getting there drinks. I got my daughters attention and asked what she was waiting for she said her drinks I said to go and ask and she did she came back out after another 5 minutes keeping in mind they had already got some of there order and had already been waiting 10 minutes before letting them know about not getting there drinks. Another 5 minutes went by still nothing so already they have waited 5 minutes more taking there wait time to 15 minutes just for drinks. When my daughter asked again about the drinks they hadn't even got her drinks so in all they waited almost 20 minutes for there drinks, and by the time we got home there dinner was cold and I had 2 very unhappy girls it's just not good enough and then to make my daughter feel like it was her fault because she didn't tell them sooner they ordered and they should have got the entire order not be made to wait over 20 minutes for a few drinks then made to feel like it's there fault. I haven't had any problems here in a long time and then this happens just when my faith in the store was happy with all the service I go and this happens. So not sure how to deal with this...

I don’t know what happened to the whk maccas in the past 2-3 years but the service is shocking on the drive through and general wait times, having to go there and told to take a park every time whether it be not full or full is crazy most times the parks are all filled up when its full and when you get told to take a park when no one is behind you is just stupid. I remember you could order a family pack and get to the last window with your food ready to go now you order a quarter pounder and have to take a park for 20mins and just to add to the waiting time you will most times get your order and its either wrong or your burger looks like it has been thrown at every wall and floor before it was packaged like who tf is putting the cheese half way on the patty or squishing the bun to the side with your sauces smeared everywhere. Even when you stand inside and wait you can see them at times standing around yarning doing nothing. These points here are a reoccurring thing that need a look into with some undercover...
