Short story: never try to get food from here, service is non existant.
Third time in a row and a terrible experience. I purposely went to the store 30min later than my pick up time because the last couple times it had been about 30min late. This time after waiting at the counter for 12min (yes I timed it) then grabbing the attention of one person calling out an order, I asked if they could check if my order was ready for pick up, they said it will be soon. After another 10 min passes, and the nine customers in store are talking to each other about how long they've waited, a lady asks to cancel her order because she can't leave her kids in the car for any longer. All the customers in store are telling fresh customers not to order because the waits are over an hour. People are turning up because their deliveries are over an hour overdue.
When I asked again where my order was it turned out that they "lost the ticket" and were about to remake the order. This is 90min after the original pick up time. I asked for a refund so I could go somewhere that could actually provide fast food. It'll take 3 or 4 business days. Probably the average time they make pizzas.
I will never go here again, and would recommend the same for others.
It used to be good for cheap trashy pizza, but turns out even that's too hard to make.
There was no manager present when the customers banned together and asked if they could explain what's going on.

Read moreItems forgotten from delivery order. My youngest (5yrs) doesn’t eat pizza so I order chicken tenders for her, they have forgotten these twice now. First time was 15th Sept, order was 20mins late then had to wait another 30 mins for the forgotten tenders. And again tonight, 17th Oct, order was 30mins late, delivery guy handed me the food, I asked where the tenders were, he checked the receipt to confirm I had ordered them then said he is on his way back to the store so will pick them up and drop them off. I watched him sprint down the driveway back to his car which made me feel he was going to sort this quickly. 40 mins later I called the store to ask when I might expect my daughters food to which they said my order had already been delivered, yes most of it was but not the tenders. I explained the situation and conversation with the delivery guy and the store had no idea what I was talking about so I can only assume the delivery guy gapped it out of here and ignored it. In the end I asked for a refund as it’s school tomorrow, almost an hr past my daughters bedtime and I now had to make her something to eat for dinner. She’s sad that she didn’t get to join in on having takeaways as it’s a treat for us. Foods actually alright but the service is less than mediocre. Please sort it out. Update: 6days later and still no call from the manager as promised....

I’ve been on hold for 15 minutes just trying to get through on the phone to ask when my pizza is going to be here and no ones picking up the phone. Hire more staff and sort out your shocking service. I’d like a refund but can’t get through to ask for one! Now after being on hold for so long it’s said all our operators are too busy call back later or order online! That’s shocking! The app doesn’t work well either so took me a good 30mins to make the order to begin with because it kept freezing.
I ordered my pizza over an hour ago I’m hungry and can’t call anyone about it!!! Grrrrr
Update when pizza arrived: Pizza was very tasty, but pizza and chips cold! hire more staff it arrived an hour and a half later. It took me an hour to get through to the store on the phone and all the guy could say when I finally got through in a rude tone was "sorry we are busy!" Okay don't say anything to keep me as a customer or anything your rude tone won't have...
