Always, always a pleasure to go to Ruthy’s. The staff are all really friendly. A warm welcoming atmosphere which makes the coffee taste even better (as if that was possible - the coffee is already sooooooo good!)

Was so looking forward to this cafe opening up but was disappointed and can only put it down to opening issues which I’m sure will improve. The cake servings are small and the large coffees are not large compared to other cafes. The decor is still being established with a large blank wall behind the counter which I’m sure will look fantastic once their neon sign or art goes up. I look forward to going back once the teething issues...

Missus and I thought we had found a great new place close to home for coffee. Staff helping us out were exceptionally rude and unfriendly, first time round we thought person could be having a bad day but when it happened a second time worse than the first we decided it was worth saying something. Owner witnessed the encounter and did nothing. Based on that I couldn't recommend this place unless you enjoy being...

Staff and service friendly. Food looks amazing. This is our 2nd visit in 4 weeks. We came for coffee 1st time, as rating was great. We were disappointed but they were very busy and we put it down to being so busy by mid morning in an industrial area, maybe the machine needed cleaning. So returned today, but found the coffee disappointing again. Burnt, bitter...
