Extremely disappointed with the recent experience at your cafe. The treatment of staff by management is appalling, contributing to a negative atmosphere. Additionally, I found the food prices to be disproportionately high for the average quality offered. The overall ambiance was off, and these factors combined left me with a dissatisfactory impression.

My partner and I were there today for a ham and cheese toasted sandwich that we paid 6.80 for. It was definitely not worth it and I absolutely do not recommend this cafe to anyone. The waiting time was 30 minutes as they completely FORGOT about us after we placed our order. There were four people working there, they weren't really doing much and most of their food was just cabinet food so not quite sure why it took so long for them to get to us. Once receiving the ham and cheese toasted sandwich the cheese was barely melted, it was half cold and there was absolutely nothing that pointed at the sandwich being worth 6.80. We have been going to Sierra for a number of years now and always several times a week. We never had a disappointment so far. The staff is always extremely friendly and very professional in their service. Their blueberry muffins are the best we ever had anywhere. I suggest to phone the café before and order them to put aside for you. They are only too happy to put comply with you. The savioury muffins are just as good.
