This was a while back but ordered pizza's for the house and some guests and set the delivery for a specific time two hours before i needed the delivery to arrive. The waiting for delivery time, it still hadn't arrived yet. I thought id give them a 15 minute buffer before contacting the store. Then when i called them they rang their driver and he said he was stuck in someones driveway, they did nothing. Called an hour later, same explanation. 3 hours after the delivery time... got a knock at the door, it was the pizza delivery man. The pizza was cold, the drinks were warm. Big props to the delivery for delivering the order but i thought the would of sent someone right away to retrieve the pizza from the delivery guy and send them out or at least redo the order and use another person to deliver it. Cause a three hour wait time after the proposed time is not acceptable. At least strategize around peak usage/peak demand and have someone just in case this happens again.
Since that day it hasn't happened to that extent but they do tend to forget to deliver stuff that i order or forget to pick it up or they deliver a pizza i never ordered in the first place which usually means they delivered my order to the wrong house and end up having to wait another...
   Read moreOrdered 3 pizzas and two sides at 5.24pm, in store. There was a group of people waiting on 2 orders, one of the orders had been deleted and the other was waiting on scrolls. My order was showing on the screen as being ready in 12 minutes, when it said ready now I went to collect - sorry we have lost one of your pizzas & it will have to go back through. The store was soon filling up with people waiting on a lost pizza or a side that was still being made. The original group had now been there for 1 hour, and the staff had lost control of whatever system they supposedly have. It doesn't help that the counter staff answer the phone in the middle of serving customers in the store. The only positive was that the young woman who appeared to be the lead staff member, was keeping her cool despite her having to say "I'm really sorry" over and over, and give away free 1.5lt bottles of drinks. If our pizzas hadn't been for a birthday dinner we would have walked out, by the time we got them, (35 minutes later) two were just warm. One confused staff member said to us, 'we always get rushed like this on a Friday night', - we were there on Wednesday, says...
   Read moreThe kitchen floor was messy, and the drinks fridge was locked, also some of the bottles in the fridge had been left in the sun and the labels were faded, the staff were friendly and helpful but I think there needs to be more attention to detail by the owner, p.s. we couldn't pay when we ordered we had to pay when the food was made, which is ok but it's odd Eddit: I said what needs improving, if you can't understand it get some help with your English or tell exactly what you can't understand, and get rid of that annoying bot I feel it's more disrespectful when you pretend to care rather than actually doing something. You would be better off with a cleaning cloth and a broom then telling us...
