It was my first time at Palmerston North KFC was very busy in the drive thru the guy that was taking the order had a lovey friendly and was very polite awesome customer service from this gentleman and this was on the 2-7-22 between 6:30, 7pm so I will give you a 5 âââââ stars cause of his polite awesomeness and costumer service. It a shame I can't say it about the food I got...I did ask for extra chicken salt on my chips but have never had it so packed on my chips like that before ! who ever was doing the food put too much C/salt on my chips and my drum stick looked like it been sitting there for more then a hour considering the drive thru was busy so was very disappointed with my order when it came to my food and it did look like yous were sort on staff normally I take photos of my food but me and my son were so hungry I didn't take the photo had been at the hospital but they said that I had to go to City Doctors.    Read moreIâve never written an online review before, but my experience at KFC was so terrible, I felt compelled to share. I went through the drive-thru, and almost half the menu was unavailable. It was honestly unbelievable how many items they were out of. I get that shortages happen, but when you canât get anything you actually want, it just feels like poor management.
On top of that, the customer service was horrendous. The employee at the window was rude, dismissive, and seemed irritated that I was asking about the missing items. It honestly felt like I was bothering her for just trying to order food. There was no effort to make the experience any better, no apology, nothing.
