AVOID THIS !! UNLESS YOU AFTER A FIGHT

I bought 2 takeaway coffee and waited for a little while, then i saw a female staff who was delivering a takeaway to my next table but was told not belong to them hence I kindly asked her if that was meant to be ours, however her reaction and attitude was absolutely a nightmare that she immediately moved back, and replied "NO". I guess "Spurn or despise" would be the best word to explain her body language, she then simply went back to the counter, nothing further explained to us. Meanwhile, she "finger" point at us while having some conversation with her colleague, somehow she was laughing, no sign that she attempt to check our order. she then delivered coffee to a gentleman (white western) who also been waiting for his coffee, and amazing she said "sorry for waiting", Very surprisingly, in less than 5 mins, she is hospitality skilled. I'm sorry but it leads to the fact maybe this is because our Asian background? therefore, i guess this is discrimination? Yet she still hasn't come back to explain what was going on. Until barista has our coffee ready but yet no one attempt to deliver, no one has acknowledge us or another word no one cares it was a shame and pathetic for such service, will definitely not return and not recommend...

Having a quick coffee and a muffin should be a great experience . Unfortunately staff at muffin break are too busy talking to give good service . Tables are cleared as an afterthought . I suggest you pop round to columbus and look at what the owners there are doing .... you will see that good staff training has merit and look at how busy they are. 10.45 they were packed out and muffin break was near empty. Do yourself a favour and sort your staff attitudes out . You cant be their friend you have go be the boss. Rule 1 : no yapping if customers are waiting Rule2 : clear tables and wipe them as soon as people leave Rule3 : if you have time to talk do some cleaning instead . They are getting paid to work not talk Happy to come sort it for you on...

Had a lovely cheesecake and orange juice. I could see three girls on. I knew one of them and from my time there...The one I knew was always busy. Thank you Sharlene... So I ordered.. and there was a chatty girl, chatting away to her co- workers.. seemed fine. I seat I chose, was in the sun, I thought it would be too hot but it was fine. The table was unwiped, and I couldn't be bothered going and asking for a cloth, but as I sat down I noticed pretty much most the tables infront if me hadn't been cleared. I thought oh ok. They must be busy, but over the time I sat there the chatty girl just chatted.. and for almost 10 min.. did the tables remain that way. Girl with the blue hair was a worker and the short girl. But one girl.. did...
