We been there it was little quite that time. Staff approach was like as they not happy with us to come to the restaurant. There was no proper greeting everything so quitE and sad atmosphere. Even the songs played were so sad later was put to better. When it comes to food there were not much options as compared to any other good restaurant but some how we manage to order same stuff as nothing different was there and one we ordered Was on request if Their chief can cook which he agreed to cook for us. Later we got the entree and the cheese(paneer) we ordered was really hard and the mushrooms we ordered was having too much water(I know mushrooms got around 75% water in it but that doesn’t mean when we eat it should be full of water) in it (this dish was on request so it’s fine if they can’t cook nicely)but rest other dishes were from the menu and the paneer was to hard and later for main same thing the dishes were tasteless. Don’t know may be it was weekdays not a busy period they serve something stale food or they don’t have a proper cook or what ever I don’t know but the experience with foood and staff was not good. I don’t mean that staff behave rude, no they all were nice to talk and all but it was not cheering up like in other good places you go to eat, Luke they are happy to have you. Food might be good for someone who is not from India and don’t know the actual taste of Indian dishes but sorry not for Indian. It’s not I am just writing this, we all are foody eat outside a lot and even cook ourself aswell and in my last 30 years of life never happen that I go to restaurant or any other food place to eat and I just taste and have left the food. This happen this time. As I tasted the mains I said sorry I can’t eat more and all were surprised that I am saying this to food. So we took all as a take away. As I don’t wana do like some other people who eat and later comment bad to get refund. so we paid and walk out. Yes sorry one thing the lassi we order was fine.

I recently decided to try Zaika, but unfortunately, it didn’t meet my expectations. The food quality was below average, leaving me feeling disappointed with the overall experience.

Firstly, the naan bread I ordered was burnt, which was a big letdown. It had a bitter taste that overshadowed everything else. Then, the butter chicken I was looking forward to turned out to be way too sweet even though I ordered it medium/hot, they missed the mark.

To make matters worse, the chicken starters I ordered weren’t cooked properly. When I bit into them, I noticed they were pink inside, which was quite concerning and unappetizing.

Overall, I was not satisfied with the food quality from Zaika, It’s unfortunate because I had high hopes for a delicious meal, but instead, I was left feeling disappointed. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from Zaika again, and I wouldn’t recommend it to others either.

The only positive aspect was that they issued me a full refund, but it didn’t make up for the disappointing...

Reception old guy needs some desperate Behavioural therapy , even before I could tell him what I was trying to get at … He just snatched the plate off the table and ran saying it’s not free .. who said I wanted free , I said I don’t want onion 5 times the amount of rice because it’s no use to me. But he wanted to charge $5 for half an onion just sliced not minces as mentioned in their salad men..nothing else in it no lime , chilli .. seriously? maybe he thought I will just use 3 slices of onion leave rest and he could use it for another meal and charge me 2kg of onion .

The rice amount is 3 tablespoons literally.

I don’t go to the restaurant and pay for getting treated like crap .

He doesn’t pay me , I pay him . So the worstest service award would definitely go to this low mannered guy.
