Wendy's Hamburgers — Restaurant in Papakura

Wendy's used to be awesome but has fallen far from its former glory. The experience I had the other week was a complete joke. Let me detail below:

-It took over 20+ minutes to receive our order (all dining-in customers affected), seems like the priority was on the drive-thru customers instead

-The poor young woman at the counter looked like she was still in training but none of her team gave two f*cks, which led to the huge delays in people getting their orders

-The Manager should be ashamed of themselves....zero awareness of what was going on, no team dynamics, no customer service. In hindsight I should have had a word with them then-and-there

-Interior-design, who the heck ripped out all the classic Wendy's interior and swapped it out with the most horrible re-design possible? Was your intention so that no one would want to dine-in? Cause congratulations that's exactly how it felt

I fear this place is not going to survive unless some serious...

Portioning of chips is good… portioning of cheese sauce is good… however pretty stingy on the bbq sauce kura. The bacon is reasonable although, a pinch bit more with less spice would be much appreciated.

Been twice today, once around 11am where I ordered one bbq bacon range (new burger) for $17 but as a combo (unsure of price), a baconator combo with baconator fries (around $18 rough estimate)

To my disappointment…The new burger I ordered was gurkins and cheese sauce off from being a baconator… Might I add the baconator fries my brother ordered were no different from the ones I ordered a few minutes ago, at 9:10 or so (Picture provided below)

As a previous Wendy’s worker, I understand how hard it is in terms of stock, in terms of time and exhaustion, in terms of dealing with customers, hence why I won’t be too harsh in my rating. I however, ask for this to be considered and looked over in support of business, and happy...

inside dining has closed. temporarily? im not sure however it caused us to wait 30 minutes in the drive thru with about 5 or 6 cars infront of us. somewhat slow for dinner time. once we ordered our food we drove away to eat it at home, got home opened the burgers and were very dissapointed. 2 of 5 burgers were correct however mistaking a chickenator with a burgerbun 2 beef patties and 1 slice of bacon is not acceptable. i wouldve been fine with a baconator had it had been made correctly but it was not even close to it. very dissapointed and drove right back. the lady at the counter knew of the many mistakes made that night apparently as she asked if we had problems. we showed her the burgers and after she dug around them with her fingers she offered us to keep the burgers while she makes us new ones. very dissapointing and unacceptable. i wont be coming back...
